It's the end of my weekends. Please join me in a moment of silence as we remember those days most dear to our hearts.
Ok, now. MMM was awesome! I don't if I'll take up acting as a profession, although it did cross my mind :) But, we had a great turn out. Everything went off without a hitch. Plus, Kiwanis brought in $1400 which will be donated to local children's charities. I have to say it was a little tough to defend my character while under interrogation.
I was in Seattle yesterday. John and I saw Run, Fatboy, Run with John's friend Jay. It was good. Go see it. Jay's a nice guy, from what I can tell. I might go as far to say that I'm glad John has a friend like him in Seattle. I should probably meet more of his friends. And learn how to explain what my job is in a more positive tone. On the way back to John's house afterwards, let's just say that was the longest bus ride of my life.
Portland. I'm trying to find a cheap place to stay for a couple of nights. It's been awhile since Johnny and I have been anywhere. Unfortunately, it takes at least $150 a night in an establishment I feel confident washes the sheets. We're saving up.
It's nice to be back in the office.
With Lora's gentle nudging I'll be back in the gym this evening. Yay, step class.
And. That's it.
