So, I haven't actually been able to use my new ING Direct Electric Orange checking account yet. I've been waiting weeks to get a PIN. (I want to spend my money, dangit!) But let me just say that I'm loving this bank more and more every day. I talked to them on the phone twice this afternoon. There was no automated menu to go through. I was connected to a rep immediately, both of whom were both charming and oh-so-helpful.

Two thumbs up.

This experience might even make up for the latest in roommate drama. It was that good!
