Not so much is happening right now. The overcast sky is getting the best of me this morning. But let's see if I can give a decent re-cap of the last couple of weeks.

I spent Thanksgiving sipping on Lemon Drops with my mom and teasing dad about his poultry carving methods. I made pumpkin/sweet potato pie and cranberry clafoutis, both of which got the thumbs up from everyone but my Grandma. The next day she mentioned two or three times how she was disappointed with my desserts. :) Oh Grandma, what will I ever do with her? We all tried to watch Bottle Rocket, but didn't make it much more than an hour. Sorry, John. And we hastily took our family christmas card picture before I ran out the door to get John on a ferry.

Saturday I played DJ for a wedding ceremony. That role is WAY more stressful than coordinating the processional. But it was fun to help the bride and groom out. Congrats, Charlie & Rosa!

Julie is back east, so I'm house sitting for her. It's just me and Braveheart until Friday. The McAfee's have the most extensive cable package you can buy. And I'm getting addicted to BAD reality TV and Oprah :) Has anyone else seen Ruby?

I've been busy at work holding down the fort. I have a reason to stretch myself every day. That's so cool.
