I have three whole days of rest and relaxation ahead of me. Time alone can be both a blessing and curse. Have you ever experienced the side effects of going too long without real social interaction? A friend of mine introduced me to the phrase "people weird." That's a perfect description of how I get. It takes me a while to reintegrate. Ha.
I have a whole day ahead of me...with just me. But I have a plan.
1. No TV. Whatsoever. I did sneak in one episode of SCRUBS before John leaves. But I won't turn it on for the rest of the day.
2. If I need background noise, turn on music I love and soak it up.
3. Blog projects. I think I'm going to try for my first tutorial video. Who else is nervous about that? :)
4. Learn how to make my own kombucha...or at least gather the supplies. Alternately, make homemade sauerkraut.
5. Spend time outside. Take a walk. Go find a beach and perch overlooking the Puget Sound.
6. Read. I'm in the middle of about 6 books right now. Half of them are on a Paleo/Whole foods/Clean eating lifestyle. I'm learning a lot.
7. Drink tea. Always.
